The Conditions
Until L. Ron Hubbard discovered the Condition Formulas, people had no idea of the natural laws related to the states of existence. They also had no idea that exact formulas existed based on those laws, which are steps you can use to improve any condition.
THE CONDITIONS
States of Existence
A person, organization and even a part of an organization all pass through various states of existence.
These, if not handled properly, bring about shrinkage (a decrease in the size or amount of something), great unhappiness, worry and even death.
If handled properly they bring about stability, expansion, influence and well-being (good health and happiness).
These conditions, arranged from highest to lowest, are:
Power
Power Change
Affluence
Normal Operation
Emergency
Danger
Non-Existence
Liability
Doubt
Enemy
Treason
Confusion
Each condition has an exact series of steps that, if followed, can change that condition for the better.
Each formula is done in an exact sequence.
These steps are called a Condition Formula.
The word formula means a particular method used for achieving something.
Each Condition Formula takes you upward to the next formula.
You can look at any area of your life and, good or bad, work out what condition it is in.
By doing the steps of the formula for that condition, you can improve that area of your life.
When you apply a Condition Formula and then move on to the next condition and apply its formula, this is called moving up the conditions.
The following pages contain the definitions of each condition, along with its formula.
