Write a program to accomplish the goal you started with in Practical Exercise #1, Set a Goal. Use the first steps of the Administrative Scale that you did already (purpose, policy and plan) and, based on the plan, work out the program and any projects you may need. Lay out the remaining steps of the Administrative Scale so that you have all the items on the scale and can use them to achieve your goal.
